Recently, we have completed a batch of hot-dip galvanized iron crowd barriers, which is produced according to the quality standards and drawings of New Zealand customers.
This crowd barrier is made of low carbon steel Q235 steel pipe, the outer frame is made of 38*1.5mm round pipe, the inner tube is 12*1.2mm round pipe, 360° fully welding process, the frame and the inner tube welding points are 14mm diameter round holes, in order to facilitate the whole hot dip galvanizing, the inside and outside of the round tube are evenly galvanized. The zinc coating thickness exceeds the Australian standard of 42 microns, greatly improving the corrosion protection and service life of 15 to 20 years.
