The durable Pultruded FRP Grating is mainly used in the longer span and higher strength construction projects, made of 35% liquid resin mixture and 65% flexible textile reinforcing fibers, lasts for years. The bearing bar, with material of glass roving and glass mat, is 1″ or 1-1/2″ thick I-shapes or a 2″ thick T-shape. Suitable for panel size of 3′, 4′ or 5′ wide by 8′, 10′, or 20′ lengths.

Pultruded FRP Grating Process is a mechanized process of FRP composites, involving pulling fibers through a resin bath and then through a heated I shape or T shape forming die to cure the resin to take shapes.
Pultruded gratings are unidirectional and only need to be supported on the ends of the bearing bars, not on all (4) sides.
