1. Temporary fence panels orders after compared Process & Quality Control
We provide economy, standard and heavy duty portable temporary fence panels for construction site. About the processing of temp fence panels, there are two ways.
One is pre-galvanized wire into anti climb mesh panels and frame pipe hand welded strongly on the front and back sides, then sprayed painting zinc silver color.
The another way is black material raw wire into anti climb mesh panels and black pipe welded for both front and behind sides, then hot dipped galvanised for the whole temp fence panels, which plates amount is more than 42 Microns ( AS 4687-2007 Standard) to withstand seaside environments.
2. Blow & Injection Molded HDPE Plastic Feet & Recycled Rubber Base - Anti Aging - Vis Orange
There are two different types of anti aging plastic bases for injection molding and blow molded. The size of injection molding base is 560 x 240 x 130mm, and the blow molded base 610 x 230 x 150mm. Because the two kinds of base are both mold production, so the size of each product is basically the same.
- Temporary fence blocks – High quality anti-uv formula, anti aging, UV absorbent 2002, UV uv-p, UV absorbent uv-531 as well BHT2, 6-di-buty1-4-methylphenol yellow UV;
- Temporary fence base material. Adopt bright and pure master color granules, high-density polyethylene No. 5502. The temp fence feet has good mechanical properties, the tensile strength is more than 50mpa, the tensile strength is 500KG/cm. Impact resistance more than 50J/m, bending elasticity of 24000KG/cm, load winding temperature more than 100℃, hardness, excellent aging.
