1. Scope Overview of Crowd Barrier

The general scope of work is for the supply and delivery of Spectators Control
Barriers to various sports venues in Doha, Qatar.

2. Material / Technical Specifications For Crowd Barrier:

The Spectators Control Barriers Pedestrian safety is the first and foremost at all
Sports Events. The Spectators Control Barriers will be used to form a continuous
barrier between pedestrians and traffic routes and safety risks during events and
competitions to safeguard the general public.

3.1. Spectators Control Barrier:

• Material: Tubular Steel, Galvanized, Light Weight
• Design: Frame Tubing: 50mm with 2mm wall thickness
• Vertical Tubing: 12mm. diameter plain round vertical bars
• No. of Vertical Tubing per panel: 15 Nos. Interlocking
• Brackets, Fully Welded Panels to pivot at ends
• Feet: 50mm with a 3mm wall thickness, must be stable and not protrude excessively to cause any trip hazards.
• Finish: Painted – White
• Dimensions: Height – 1000mm, Width – 2000mm

7. DB Fencing Supplies Responsibilities

DB Fencing warrants that all items supplied under this Contract are
free from defects in workmanship and materials conform to the
specifications shall be new, fit for purpose, and compliant with the highest
relevant commercially accepted standards. Whenever applicable, the items
shall be supplied with a minimum (1) Year Warranty / or extended
warranty based on the product manufacturer.

When crowd barrier bad quality, DB Fencing shall make good or
replace these items at no additional cost, including removal and incidental
cost.

Whenever applicable, DB Fencing shall permit and assist Aspire Zone
personnel to inspect and test the items at Supplier’s premises or elsewhere
at any time prior to delivery. In the event that Aspire Zone considers the
items do not conform or are unlikely to conform to the Contract during such
inspection or testing DB Fencing shall immediately take appropriate action
to ensure such conformity.

DB Fencing shall remain fully responsible for the items until such time the
delivery is complete.
