How is BRC Fence produced and packaged?

BRC Fence is made by welding low carbon steel wires into panels that meet the designed size. Then a professional bending machine is required to make roll tops in both the top and bottom. And the surface treatment of BRC fence panels and BRC fence posts is at the final stage of the production process.

Fence panels are packaged on metal/wooden pallets with bundle belts and plastic film, with the panels placed on the pallets in order of face up and face down. Fence posts are also placed in metal pallets according to the same steps, with each post individually packaged with plastic bags. Fence accessories are placed in carton boxes. Some BRC fence panels that are strapped together by a bundle belt are placed on top of one another in order of face up and face down.

How is BRC Fence installed?
